Or, if this is the only topic on this table, how'd ya do it? What a cool table! How'd you get the grey water and how'd ya make the legs, and how how how! Table top... I took a square piece of oak(?) that someone had scrapped, drew a wavy line. Cut it on the band saw. I build the frame for the epoxy. I mixed one batch of epoxy and added black metallic mica powder. Poured and began mixing a second batch. This one was tinted white with acrylic paint and added silver mica powder. Poured and used the stir stick to swirl the two pours together. The way it came out (the almost crackled appearance) was purely a chemical reaction that I did NOT expect to happen. When I left it, it was swirled, almost looked like a marbled surface. When I came back the next day, it looked like that. After all the sanding, sanding, sanding, more sanding, oh... and sanding lol Two more coats of epoxy and the top was finished. The table legs I picked up at Home Depot. I used 1x6 to make the apron and pocket holed the panel to each leg (legs were attached to table top by hardware, apron panels attached directly to the legs). The stain... well, I had run out and asked my hubby to pick up some. He didn't get quite the color I thought I needed... but it turned out to be the perfect color. So... a little vision, a bit of skill, a LOT of luck, a little experimenting, a happy accident, and surprisingly less swearing than I anticipated lol

Life is about the journey not the destination. Yeah who am I kidding, just get the thing done and lets move on to next project!!
