March 8, 20197 yr Popular Post I forced a collector to sell me this as I was going to have one of every thing in my collection some day then circumstances beyond my control has prevented me from continuing has led me to put this one of a kind thingy up for sale... Still in it original package which makes it 20 times more valuable than what I don't know but that is what the collectors will lead you to believe... Yes, a great Exacto original. Very very old But wait for when I lift the top off you will see it is still in pristine condition so you guys like Dave with lots of money step right up and take a gander.... Some of the original history has this item which has been places up in the bosses room under his bed by his chamber maid back when the original may flower sail some 32,000 years ago. By doing cross checks to make sure of the exact date we have verified something....See this was before the second voyage of said name roamed the seas...// quite a few centuries after... This my friends its been untouched or un shined for all those, those years... It did fetch a little salt water when the boat flipped completely over and then righted itself but being very good tin it did survive. Just think of what this item will do for the rest of your collection and act now... No need in telling your wife, no....sorry but we can't double your order if you act now..... And no we can't divulge where it came from ..for that would show it true value...me sorry. No these teeth have never tasted real wood, yet…
March 8, 20197 yr Popular Post You have definitely left something out of the description . Anyone could tell by looking at it that it is HAND-FORGED ANNNND HAND-CRAFTED by skilled artisans in an exclusive professional shop sanctioned by the GUILD and approved by the CROWN. Why I bet there are proof marks on the flip side.
March 8, 20197 yr Popular Post Well you almost had me duped with this one until I realized no where was it noted in your description that is was a "Vintage" X-Acto. Only those identified as vintage bring the big $$'s Likely an extremely well copied counterfeit of the original; the bubble pack not being sealed should give it away. We all know original Unicorn hide glue is impervious to salt-water & hydro-carbons in the air.I will admit it is very clever how someone was able to realistically reproduce the dust and package staining. Too bad it isn't Vintage though...you could have retired.
March 8, 20197 yr Author Popular Post Actually I did see some strange marks Gerald on the other side but not being a true collector like the rest of you I just sluffed it off and thought maybe the original owners son might have been playing with his electric engraver but then I thought again, two thoughts in one day is gang busters, and after that second thought I realized back then electricity was still a few thousands years down the road to being invented..... so there you have it....
March 8, 20197 yr Author Popular Post Your thoughts threw me Dave for I have no idea as to what vintage means. I always thought when people were talking about a very old settlement they called it a village. I did know towns and cities were not invented yet and I just got the spelling mixed up.. And I do have an excuse for my poor or having no my knowledge for dictionaries had not been invented when I was going to school. And there you go for I always thought dickionaries was a male missionary
March 8, 20197 yr Popular Post I didn't want to offend you and wanted to offer the $2.00 high end price but only have $1.63 in the piggy bank. I keep checking it for leaks because there seems to always be less money than I think should be in there. I went to the vehicles and looked under the seats to no avail although I did find a half a stick of vintage Juicy Fruit. Wasn't going to partake of it right away but I only lasted 15 minutes. Yum yum I like gumming gum. A guy needs to have teeth to chew gum. I guess starting my X-acto collection is going to have to be put on hold for awhile longer. I'm probably better off because with my luck it would it would escape from the envelope considering it is coming from the other side of the world. Not even sure where that Texas place is anyhow. Oh well.
March 8, 20197 yr Popular Post Now.....IF it had the mitre box that came with it.....AND that large red handle....

Also, check the dryer link trap. Don't rule out the parking lot at Wall E World either. Now if you should find some vintage coins during the extended search, you might be able to close this deal. Isn't Texas close to some other places?
March 9, 20197 yr Author Popular Post Dave the only place close to Tex is Okla but I understand Tex bought Okla and is sending many dump trucks that direction as I speak to deliver all of that dirt and dump it in to the gulf .. Soon there will be no more hurricanes coming out of that direction. No water no hurricanes. Fill in the gulf
March 9, 20197 yr So is it true Patch, if you step off the edge there, you'll fall off the world since it is flat?
March 9, 20197 yr Personally I like the vintage green and yellow 80's striping on the package, indicating it truly is vintage!

March 9, 20197 yr Author John you sure got an eagle eye. I couldn't get my mind off all these dollars I'll have after I trick, er talk someone into buying this thing.... Also I got one more thing I actually bought in those years between high school and the army. I'll see if I can find it for a picture...I know for sure its a good tool for I used it on an important job once...
March 9, 20197 yr Hey my antiques are just getting collectible. Gonna have to look up some of my vintage tools and other collectibles .
