I ran out of wall space in my shop and needed more room for my woodturning tools, so I had been thinking of a mobile station that can be rolled anywhere I need it. I recently built what I call my prototype. With a lot of leftover MDF I went to work and came up with this, mind you it’s very rough but I can use this idea and fine-tune it to create a "real" finished cabinet. Umm, WOW!!!         Nice work!

A new one out of oak or maple or some other hardwood with that finished cabinet look will be coming.

Color code it, works wonders for your memory.  Built my Twin Table Saw set up and used this method.  Thought it would be difficult to remember where everything was moved to after I got moved in.  Been a year never had a problem.  Not for everyone but has worked for me and several of my friends locally.

That is one fantastic tool cart. The only two things I can think of is you will need more storage for chuck since you already have all the turning tools and it would look better in my shop

Thanks, took better part of 5 1/2 months to make but worth all the time and effort.  Yours is well on its way.

Never thought I'd say this to a man but "Nice Rack".  Meticulous design.  I like it.
