February 12, 20197 yr comment_178159 Ran across this. I don't use a belt sander much but this seems like a real deal. February 12, 20197 yr comment_178167 I'm still using the original SandCat. Great little sander. May have to add this one to the stable. Report
February 12, 20197 yr comment_178173 Too bad someone don't have a 4 x 24" belt sander for close to that price. It is easier to control and will keep things flatter. I have both sizes but never use the smaller one for flat surface sanding. Report
May 30, 20197 yr comment_192005 I just recently bought the WEN 18x3 1/2 for $30 because it came with bench mount clamps and I use it as a stationary sander. It’s on the WEN website under “hot deals” it’s not bad, works great with some 120 or 220 grit to smooth things out and knock off edges. Report

June 4, 20197 yr comment_192442 I still use my Craftsman that is about 35 years old. It is heavy and a work horse. Someday, I may get a lighter one. Report
