Are the sanding belts 1" x 30" just folded flat? If'n you don't mind, do you have OA dimensions you are willing to share somewhere? BTW...noticed the cart box you used while applying finish...GO Harbor Freight! Report

If I was only making one or two for myself, I would just cut a belt sander belt lengthwise. I have parts of each roll left over. I will measure one tomorrow. January 1, 20197 yr comment_172250 Marvelous and, such generosity. I made a couple different sizes for reaching the inside areas of some band saw boxes. But, mine were clunkily made with plywood. Not nearly as nice as yours. Report
