August 24, 20188 yr comment_157570 It's hard, heavy and dense. Close grain. Takes screws exceptionally well, sands easily, cuts with little or no tear out. Similar to mesquite in workability. You probably know its a hybrid and, farm grown for harvesting. One of the "green" woods. Report
