June 22, 20188 yr Popular Post comment_152255 When a dentist extracts a tooth, it's gone...unless other arrangements have been made. My shop vacuum doesn't extract nuttin. It just moves it from the floor, or where ever, to a canister. It's up to me to extract it from the shop and deposit it in the burn barrel. Only after the fire goes out is it gone. Well, at least it's state of being has been drastically altered. Report
