HD clerk tells me Sherman Williams bought minwax, and has decided that Lowes will be their only horse, so HD switching over.

    This happened years ago.   And S-W stores carry Minwax products.

     

    Recently (this year) S-W bought Valspar.   Valspar was a big paint supplier to Lowe's.    Valspar's Guardsman division is my major customer.
