Good Monday Morning!

Short and sweet this morning folks, I apologize!

Good Monday morning Patriot Woodworkers! What did you get done over the weekend, and what have you planned for the week ahead! Inquiring minds want to know. Please tell us what's happening in your shops, your life, and any events going on with you. Thank you for being here folks!

River table is done. Gotta set it up for a photo shoot. Then prepare it for it's trip trip to Tucson on Friday.

Next up, another rifle case. Anxious to get in to that Olive wood.

Hopefully, that will be my last largish project. This old man needs time to play with his toys and build some small stuff.

Headed to Boalsburg, PA to look for a new pup.

Get a good one Lew. Making new furry friends, especially pups, is always a good thing.

Monday again?  this seems excessive.  about every 7 days it's monday.  how about 3 saturdays in a row.  that would be nice.  and then we could skip monday and tuesday!

oh, wait.  i'm retired.  everyday is whatever day i want it to be like!

bwhahahaha.....

running errands this morning.  still on the hunt for a good looking font for a bandsaw box in the shape of a "W".

gotta go.  checks to cash, gas to buy, water to haul.  maybe even stop by the gun shop.

Under extension wing cabinet done, except for the drawers - waiting on the hardware. Started on the planer/sander cart. I messed up a dimension and have to revamp the sides (they are too close together for the sander to fit between). Will try to get pics posted later this week. Also had to move a bunch of stuff in the living room for painting, including several of my mounts. The wife is in charge of the painting :D This week - day job and regular life stuff. Hopefully shop time in the evenings.

Simplistic weekend...did nothing aside from the minimum daily requirements. Watched a few basketball games and a few Monk re-runs. Cat convinced me "we" should take a couple "catnaps" too so we did.

Coming week,  take my step-father to Eye Dr. Thursday; taking my oldest grandson to his Cub Scout meeting Friday night...transport oldest grand-daughter to/from tennis practices.

Unfortunately, I nseldom get much further than 9 miles away...beginning to be on speaking terms with some of the geese, pigs, cattle and alpacas along the route...even the deer just stand and watch me go by.

Once-in-awhile, I get in the driveway and have to think, "did I just get back or am I getting ready to leave?":P
