February 25, 20188 yr The biggest one I've used is the 16" Porter Cable OmniJig. Truthfully, I never got very good at using it. It took me forever to get it setup and dialed in everytime I wanted to make dovetails. I guess I just never used it enough to get good/fast at it. That said, once dialed in it made great joints.
February 25, 20188 yr They make 24" but imagne how must better his chest would be with hand cut dovetails.
February 25, 20188 yr Buck here is a link to the one I have. https://www.ptreeusa.com/rtr_jigs_dovetail_wiz.htm i have two of the 15” together and can do up to 30” dovetails.

February 25, 20188 yr I don't use a normal dovetail jig but, I do use a box joint jig. I wonder if you could use the same principal. Cut the first set of dovetails then move the jig over to make the next bunch, using a dove tail key to position it.
