February 20, 20188 yr Just got back from the Veterans Office here in town. have a "file" started, need to fill out a few MORE forms.....Then we'll see what all the VA can do. Results in about a week, or so...More for the medical side of things....we'll see.
February 20, 20188 yr Know about "more forms", Steven. Got tired of all the runaround at the Atlanta VA and finally gave up on them. (This VA is so overcrowded that you just about have to "apply" for a "chance" to get an appointment. Taking a cab to the hospital is about the only way of finding a place to park)
March 1, 20188 yr Author More info entered into the forms....then "phone tag yesterday...fed up, stopped at the office twice today.....first time, they were out for lunch...second time I found them in the office...needed four more entries made....one made me walk back to the van to get the wife's info. and then walk back in....they have a big set of concrete steps into the old building.. paperwork is set in.....my "PT" was about done for the day. They fax the stack of forms to VA...will hear back maybe about Monday how THAT went... Stay tuned...
