That's a deal!!!

You might check the Big Box stores before you order, the Lowes here had the same price awhile back.Might save on shipping.

That is a good price though.

Wow, that is a steal.

Just curious, I would like to see the end of their bulb.

It's going to get better.  Just read an article that what they thought were "flaws" in LED mfr turned out to add efficiency, so LED-II is in the labs.  Amazing how quickly the lighting biz is changing.  At the price of $15, conversion of existing gets very attractive.  "Fixture of the month" conversion.  But the price Lew found looks like a new low.

I bought a couple of similar ones from BJs (similar to Sam's Club). They look to be the same as the one pictured- mine have "Lights of America" label. The "bulbs" are permanently attached. They are actually a string tape of LED inside a clear protective tube. I paid close to $30 per fixture 6 months ago.

I wonder why guys can't put together their own string of leds. I think cheaper in the long run...

I replace my tubes with these as they burn out.

When I bought mine a year ago they were only $8.40 ea., they have gone up since I see. that was on a quantity price, I bought 70 ea. + free shipping.

I wonder what the load is on the ballast. Most of my problems with standard fluorescent fixtures have been the cheap ballasts. Replacing them is almost as much as the entire fixture.

These replacements are  just plug and play, The ones I bought were either plug and play or wired around the ballast if the ballast is defective. I have had success both ways. I don't find that type now here.

The LED tapes are not too expensive but when you add in the cost of the proper wattage rated 12v power supply and a mounting system (unless you have some old fixtures), it is probably a wash.

I don't see that they will ship them other than to one of their stores and pick it up there.

Yeah, it looks like a in store visit to get 'em. Those look very much like the ones i bought for my shop from Costco for $20 each. So far I'm really impressed with them, they really put out the light and are really easy to hang. The weigh nothing compared to an equivalent fluorescent fixture since they have no ballast. But you do replace everything if you have one go.

Good price if you live near one of their retail fronts. Reviewed the business strategy etc. from their home page. Reminds me a lot of the Big Lot/Odd Lot stores that opened around here years ago. I purchased numerous name brand tools (Craftsman, Dewalt, Bosch, Stanley, Irwin, Ryobi, 3M etc.), accessories, hardware, etc. from them in years past.

Unfortunately their business strategy has changed significantly and they really don't offer any better prices than most other retailers...in many cases much higher than Wall-E-World...about 5x a year they offer 20% off everything on a SA/SU. Some things are a good value then...all local stores have moved away from selling "closeout" tools though.

Hoping other stores will start matching these prices. Still need a couple for my shop.

I see the prices coming down on the LED lights compared with when they first came out. Also they are making them dimmable now whereas in the beginning they were not. Also they can be used outdoors ,the little swiggly florescent ones didn't last outside for long.
