August 9, 20178 yr I have an RV trailer with a couple of horizontal joints. I keep caulking but the caulking cracks, probably due to the flexing and heat expansion. Some years ago, I used a caulk that was sort of semi-solid through its life. But I can't remember the name of that type (I know there is an RV caulk that's used for the roof joints, Dicor, but that is different). Anyone know what it was I used or what I should be using?

August 10, 20178 yr I'm a fan of 3M 5200 for holding fast and flex.,,use it on my boat. Depends on how much flex you have. 5200 bonds exceptionally well and a bear to remove. Be neat...
