Made this for my granddaughter this weekend.  Thought it was appropriate as she is just learning to wave.

    Looks great!   Now it needs a partner.... made of cans...who call himself "I Can Bear"!. 

    Or make the hand a separate part on a spring loaded pivot...pendulum weighted to keep waving once you start it.   ;)
