I cut some Plexiglas for the first time and even though this is a simple project it seemed like a good one to post.  Not woodworking but cool anyway; doesn't smell as good as Walnut - LOL!

    Looked like it does a great job on the plastic and has a nice smooth edge.  That will make their job of polishing easier.

    Acrylics and most plastics including polycarbonates are nick sensitive...

    to fix that issue use one of these on the edges......
