In case you missed it, Pony and Jorgensen, brands of Adjustable Clamp Co. have been off the market for a while.   Now owned by a Chinese Company.   Like all things, be aware if you buy a new version to check out quality.  The also own a number of other once US Brands.   FWIW, Miller Falls was once owned in the late '90s by Lutz FIle and Tool here in Cincinnati, whose main product now is Gorilla Glue.
