When I made the last two ornaments out of orange and purple,  I cut off some material with the bandsaw first. I glued them together and turned them round.

My wife saw them and said they were perfect for seam rippers. They are now part of her collection

ROn, Where did you get the seam ripper hardware?

Yes, it is purple Hart. The seam rippers came from Hobby Lobby or JoAnns. I just  pull off the  plastic handle and push them in a hole a bit smaller in my wood. I was suprised they came off so easily
