February 25, 20178 yr Good Morning Friends, What method would you use when cutting true miters on your table saw?
February 25, 20178 yr I have a digital miter so if I really want a pair of true 45's, I'll zero the miter, set it to 45 degrees and gently clamp the piece to the miter fence. Perfect every time. I also set my blade to 90 degrees to the table with a Wixey.

February 25, 20178 yr I have a jig (sled) that works for perfect mitres. I do not have a pic on the saw, but goes just like it is hanging. Cut one mitre on the left and opposing on the right and get a perfect match.
February 25, 20178 yr I dislike chop saws, I will only use table saw, Can't explain how I do it, just do it, not the same every time, depends on the project, works for me. Use a 60t Freud blade on cross cuts, a Freud Glue Line blade on "with the grain" cuts. Herb
February 25, 20178 yr Kreg K4, glue, screws and filler... Table saw good flat surface to align or store unused stuff...
