February 12, 20179 yr Popular Post Just ordered this thing yesterday. Dado Stop. Looks like a fun gadget. Got a few things in mind for it, already. I'll review it after it arrives and I've used it.

But after thinking about it for a while, I have so many stops around me and the shop it is almost impossible to get started.. Do let everyone know if its worth the 10 bucks it cost. You might check out Grizzly's magnet for about that 10 bucks. It has served me for many years and its all metal.
February 24, 20179 yr Author My toy arrived yesterday. Won't get to try it out until sometime next week. Headed to Tucson for grandson's bday party this weekend. Did read the literature. Looks like the dovetail clamps will be nearly as useful, maybe more so, than the Dado Stop. They included some neat project plans and links to more for both the clamps and the Stop. Looks like fun.
