what started this project was it difficult to light a candle because the windows leaked that bad...

constant breeze through the house..

a window detail...

the original headers were sagging and they were replaced w/ steel and a redwood facade...

pulled the AC and added a ducted swamp cooler to the north gable...

the gables were shingled...

before and after of the front side...

removed the planter in installed handrails...

when the three windows in the brick on the right were removed all of the brick fell off of the house...

cleaned all of the bricks and reinstalled them...

enlarged the OH doors and replaced the header w/ steel and redwood facade...

If it wasn't for the brick and the location pictures, would not have guessed the same place even...

What an upgrade; the redwood work really added a great touch & look by enhancing the brick & siding contrast
