    Quite nice.

    Saw one with a retractable awning.  Thought that was what they all should have.  They aren't much shade except at different times of the day.  People do like them.

    Looking good.  I was at a friends house and he had a retractable awning that was about 8 X 12. It was a canvas material, self retracting if the wind is bad and also remote control. Never saw one like that before

    Bet it wasn't cheap

    Yes, it had huge aluminum supports that had elbows on each end that served as the main supports

    It rolled up and the elbows came in.

    Sun setter makes the electric ones and sells them for about $1700. it's a $350 upgrade charge for them.

    Like 'em both...nice scallop pattern detail...great touch. 

    Had to look close at the first one...looked like PVC at first paint finish was so nice...
