It is good for a week of free down loads then they sign you up for a subscription unless you cancel. I tried to search for some things, but ti came up with other stuff.

I compare this to the gift from a ww friend:  gave me about 5 years back issues of some ww mag (or several).  Goldmine!  said I.  A year later, having read none of them, I gave them to someone else.  WW equivalent of fruit cake I guess.  I want to take in the info sloooowwwwwly, practice it, absorb it.  I want a sip, not the whole reservoir!  I signed up for the free week with WS, and it expired before I used it!  Turns out I was busy doing vs reading about it.  Mucho bettero.
