Second, A Festool is so outta my pocket book range that I don't even look/drool at them.

 

Third- ALL THAT PLASTIC??!!?? I'll stick to my old Makita stuff.

Your right Lew, they have gone to plastic instead of metals in more and more stuff. And what they charge for the plastic tools is not in my budget either.

So, there is a reason not to rape your wallet just to own green tools! What an eye opening, unbiased, knowledgeable review.

 

I do like this guys sense of humor...he doesn't pull any punches...tells it like it is.

It is kind of bad when a tool manufacturer uses a proprietary plug on the tool. Bosch used a standard female outlet in their older circular saws.
