November 14, 20169 yr Popular Post This is the first project I made when I retired. Made 2 identical. The tops I dug out of the dumpster at work from a remodel another outfit was doing in the same building we were working in. It came from a built in conference room table. I made it from some wild grained 3/4" birch plywood from HD. I built 3 pieces and set the top on them, They can be knocked down into the drawer set,back and end. Herb
November 14, 20169 yr Looks like dumpster diving was well worth it...would have been a tough call to use for desk-top or bench-top...you made a good decision though..
