Fred the shirt was from old growth pomegranate wood. Kinda the same as the lavender tree produced the purple. The green balloon, you guessed it, came from the cousins of the orange and lemon trees, a lime tree still in its youth, more color while still young and spry...Trees are much like people. The longer we live the more bleached we become. Where as I had to go to Kansas for the green colors. You see the great swamps from one side of Kansas to the other side all along and on both sides of the Interstate has some of the most dull looking greens a person could ever look at.  A little note, Kansas has some of the best grown cotton in the world. only one thing, the cotton fields are out in the swamps and no one has ever been able to make in and out of the swamps alive. Oh, some did make it out the other side into Nebraska but after seeing something worse that Kansas they went right back into the swamps and were never seen again...Now,,, what was your question???

Oh yes, the pink as you might have already guessed came from a nursery. A little girls nursery. They don't have things like that for little boys, from birth little boys have to fend for themselves and by the way is one reason for ruff necks, yep in the oil patch. You can hardly ever spot a little girl in the oil fields.

Thanks for the info, Smallpatch.  Will talk to my nursey guru for sources.  ;)
