Christmas tree

I was in Walmart and saw a tiny string of lights that I think was designed to wear as a necklace.  I wondered if I could use them to make a tree with lights. It has a set of 3 aa batteries in a small case. The tree was made on my small band saw in sections. I made cuts to look like pine branches. I then painted & textured it and then a final coat of clear sparkle. There is a couple of setting on the lights, on and fade and flashing, etc. I had to select one setting, hid the battery and installed a switch for outside operation. My wife suggested that I paint the base to look like  a gift and she added the ribbon and bow

That's a cute one. That's the size I need here, in my equally sized apartment LOL

I did the tree from Tim Yoder's show, but I like yours better.

In "my" humble opinion - both trees are great - they just look completely different because two different guys made them out of two different materials.

Now that is really well done, I like it a lot.

Excellent...and the creativity keeps on a'flowin'...
