    Good use of shared resources! B) Only downside I see, would have to move from the country to the city...don't think I'm ready for that since I'm still breathing! ;)

    I used to love my 8 X 14' shed (shop).  When we built the apartment behind our house, I use roughly 2/3 of the space for my new shop.  Ya gotta love a 900 sq ft shop.

     

    Shared use?  Yeh, during the winter I have to make room for my wife's car.  That's why all my heavy duty gear is mounted on rolered "boxes".

    I have 5 different shops to hide is. One in the house basement for winter time.
