Hey big Charles! Welcome back ol pal! Great to have ya back.

As many may or may not know, Charles is our community forum host, his efforts span our entire forum, his the all around guy to help out with navigating our forum, making folks feel at home, and he can also help with your topics if you are having issues posting or uploading files.

Charles has been in the hospital for some time now, and he's finally back!

How ya feeling Charles? Are you back to turning yet?

Good to hear you're back, Charles.

Thanks guys :)

No John, I am going to take some time and recuperate, I lost a lot of strength and weight again, so it is going to take time to get that back and get to feeling good again. I hope to be turning again within a month or two.

Again thanks for the warm welcome back, it's good to at least be home again :).

For us in the South the answer is Blue Bell ice cream with a big ole spoon. It cures all ills.

Very nice of ya Dan, Charles has been through hell and back. Foot amputations, digestive problems, in and out of care and hospitals, and through it all, he still manages to crank some wonderful pens, bottle stoppers, small bowls, and other artistic items from his min lathe, and all this is done in his one bedroom apartment, did I say apartment? Yep! He cranks that sucker up in his living room! Now that my friends, is a woodworker!
