May 26, 201610 yr The driver wiggled it in It's 750 pounds and top heavy Had to take a few shingles off from a garage door sill and barely has any room above but using a set of low profile riggers creepers I got 'r dun Getting that thing in was a trip. I killed myself y using lock tite and installing the feet. They made it an inch too high. So I had to remove them and use the low profile creepers. Put a plug on just to see and hear it run. Thing is really quiet. My table saw is noisier. Now I gotta do the ducting. It'll all be steel. Ya get a house fire and they claim it was the DC and it was not made of steel and grounded the insurance company may deny the claim.
May 27, 201610 yr Cliff that is awesome. You may have to reinforce the walls so it doesn't suck them in. Looks like it could pull a vacuum on the shop!
May 27, 201610 yr I gotta say Cliff, when you go, you go big! And with quality! Nice system there man!
May 28, 201610 yr Author It took pretty much everything I had to get it off the crate and in the shop through the path I had to take it and in position. My shop is a total mess. Now I gotta suss out ducting. Because of the low ceiling I gotta run the ducts between the joists that means lots more elbows and angles. Each elbow is like adding 20 feet of length to a duct. I hope it's got the Delta P to pull through all the angles I'll have to use.
May 31, 201610 yr Hey Cliff, is it working yet, is it working yet!!! Looks like you may have your work cut out with that ducting. What do you plan on using for ducting?
