    Unless somewhere on their page they have a disclaimer  ( and they might; I have never looked)  but  absent a disclaimer the offer with the price of $129 is a valid offer that anyone can accept and  offer the required terms with their credit card.

     

    Then at law they gotta pony up and sell it to them. 

    They gotta make perfect tender.

     

    It'd be a funny exchange.   Almost worth the $129

    Not sure, but I think they make a limited number of their 4/1 tools. I do know that a few of their past 4/1 offerings went on to be commercially produced and sold.
