Well, it's Sunday......

...and there is something to this "day of rest" thing.

After 6 days of battling chairs, I'm tired. Even so, it'll be hard to stay out of the shop today. Because, there's only 6 days left until my radiation treatments begin. This time next Sunday, the special diet will have begun and I'll be preparing for the drive to a motel in PHX which will be my home for the following 5 days. Not sure I'll be up to shop work for a couple weeks+ afterwards.

Wish me luck.

Gene,

Mimi and I send our prayers and good wishes for a successful and speedy recovery.

Wishing you the best!

You get a special diet?  They just wished me luck.  I had torso radiation front and back.  At first it was nuthin.  Then it turned me green to the gills.   After you get in the middle of it you lose your mind.  You are so sick you literally can't think.  I took the PA bar exam near the end of mine.  I passed by one point.  I was delirious at the time. but it ended. and I was alive.

Good Luck~!!!

Gene, we will be praying for you and your wife.

good luck with your treatments Gene. Perhaps the time away from your shop will allow all the splinters to work out of your hands.
