Squinkies, yep that is what they are. I made this display rack/storage hanger for my granddaughter.  It will hold 350 and she has enough to nearly fill it.

I drilled 4 shelves at a time and inserted/glued 3/16" dowels and cut to length. It was time consuming, but I enjoyed it. She will LOVE it.
