Nice Todd!!!! I see a whole lot of Jet white in that shop. Nice sized assembly tables too, I would say this ranks up with the dream shops! And thanks for sharing!

it is a productive shop that is for sure!

The JET machines have served me well.

The dual head drum sander is a ShopFox.

The 20" JET planer has the Byrd Shelix cutter head. I bought that in summer of 2015.

The JET table saw I have had since 1999.

So, is the Byrd Shelix all that it's cracked up to be? I heard it cuts like glass.

OH YES!!!

IT'S THAT GOOD!!!

Another on my bucket list, a full sized stationary machine with a Byrd Shelix!

The helix cutter head paired with 24 and 31 feet per minute totally raised my production level. My 15" planer had 16 & 20 fpm.

The cutters seemingly last forever. Doing a large reclaimed wood project I was going through 2 sets of HSS knives on my 15" planer per week (just dulling not ruining.) I am 7 months on the first cutting edge still with the carbide cutters.

That alone will pay for the machine.

Well, I'm officially jealous!

I plan on doing a shop tour video in the near future.

The focus will be on layout and function.

I have seen some real "dream" shops, but this one, it has been highly functional and productive.

That is one really nice shop Todd. I love the layout!

Thanks John!

I really hit the sweet spot with the size. While it is larger than many hobby shops, as a pro shop it is not very big at all (the wide angle lens makes it look bigger than it is.) But I exercise a lot of discipline and the shop is very efficient, effective, and economical to operate.

I still need to get out a good shop tour video. Do to some unexpected events, I had to load up on more work than I had intended this year and that has dampened my plans for video production.

That's our life story Todd! Unexpected events! Hang in there man, you'll get that video made!
