Late last year I was lucky enough to have my name drawn for a Crown nosing plane complements of Woodcraft.  It arrived today so I had to break it out of the box, tune it up and give it a go.  Admitedly, I'm no hand tool expert (Tesla did a good thing inventing alternating current) but the plane was quite sharp right out of the box and only needed a quick hone before I was making shavings. 

As you can see I had a nice spot for it front and center in my plane case.  Thanks again to one of our dedicated sponsors, Woodcraft!

I got an empty one I just brought home in the basement if you want to borrow it. On second thought, I will probably fill it up soon!!!

Actually, no John.  It is 6 inches long and fits nicely into the palm of your hand.
