December 10, 201510 yr A little short on Wisdom this week. We are getting new siding on the house and the contractor is allowing me to "help". He said he wouldn't charge us any extra for my "assistance". The one thing I can say for certain is that I'm not as young or as agile as I used to be. As for turning, the rolling pins are being glued together and prepped for turning. The siding contractor wants 4 for Christmas presents!! Tim Yoder has a video up. It's a little different this time. He talks about what to look for in a grinder and how to perform some basic tune-ups. If you have a Facebook account, check out the Easy Wood Tool page. They are posting some great videos about their turning tools. Safe Turning!

December 10, 201510 yr Author Not really. The guy was happy that he could give me the measurements and walk away.
December 11, 201510 yr Sounds like it was a great partnership Lew, you stayed out of his way, and you also got a ton of stuff done.
