When not in use, I can slide it under the bench.   A wee bit taller than the Tool Chest #1, and a bit more PADDED for my rearend.   Seemed to work.

    I got stools every where in the shop so I can put my bottom down when I can.

     

    That ones looks like it will be easy to store and soft to sit on.
