November 9, 201510 yr And from what I have read he used every single one them. That's Master Woodworker Euene Landon, the shop looked completely familiar as I recognize it as being one of my favorite articles in Fine Woodworking. FW wrote a wonderful article about Mr. Landon, he made period furniture as it was made originally, same process, same tools, and I also recognized that Shaker style workbench immediately. Back in 2011 Eugene Landon passed away, a great loss to the woodworking arts and crafts world. Not to sound coarse, but only as an observation, it's interesting how Sam Maloof departs our earth with such fanfare and admiration, yet an artist such as Mr. Landon is overlooked and forgotten. I am only offering an observation, nothing more than that. More on Eugene Landon at Fine Woodworking Obituary Edited November 9, 201510 yr by John Morris
