September 4, 201015 yr comment_53435 Anyone have any suggestions for a new 1/4 sheet sander that won't dent the hockey sticks out of your project when you accidentally ram it into the corner of your project? My PC 1/4 sheet is a nice sander, the nicest one IMHO but the steel clamps on the side that hold the sheet in place cause damage when I get careless. Is there an anit-careless sander out there? Plastic clamps? More cushion around the pad? Thanks Report

September 6, 201015 yr comment_53436 John, I will have to look closer, but I have the Rigid 1/4 sheet sander and the clamps that hold the paper are up on the top and don't stick out on the side. I will give it a closer look to make sure it doesn't do what you were saying. I like Mike suggested use a mouse sander for corners. I have a B&D that I have had for some time. It works great. Report
