Good Morning Friends,

Any one interested in building a hexigon game table? If so here is a pattern I made up that is rather easy to build.

I have built a total of 5 of these tables which look good in a family room or game room and you can even make glass holders for thre corners.

Fellows,

I forgot to mention that 30º angles are all that is needed except for the outside table top connections which are cut on 15º to mate in the 30º corners.

Hey Ralph, thanks that is pretty cool. Do you have any pictures of the ones you built.

Excellent Ralph! Thanks. Ralph, You are going to have to create an album to post all these images. You should call your album Plans or something along those lines. This way folks can find them easily. Right now all your fabulous drawings are spread out across our network. We need to get them in one place where folks can recall them in an instant when they are ready to build. How can I help you do this?

Thanks Ralph

Hello John Moody,

Like a dummy no, I didn't however they are not too hard to build and one could build one in a week end.

Now John Morris, lets call them as I do in my Documents " Scale to full size Drawings by Ralph" and we could invite others to place their personal drawings in the same location and they could sign off on them as I do. Actually the location could be labeled as "Scale to Full Size Drawing File" That way anyone who makes a drawing could place them along with mine.

Ralph

Not bad Ralph, lets talk about this some more, anyone have any ideas how we could start a page with nothing but drawings contributed to our network by members?

John,

I have always been a firm believer that there is talent out in the world that has not been discovered yet and this would be one way for them to get their thought and drawings in print on a good woodworking forum with out being told that tutorials are not allowed.

If they are hand drawn like the ones Ralph has shared, they could be scanned and made into a pdf file and uploaded into a section. They could be indexed and you would then search by what you are looking for. When you find it you get the pdf file to store on your computer to used when ever you are ready.

That is my thought and I reserve the right to change my mind as it is always changing..Smile.gif

John,

You are correct for that is the way I send many plans and they then can be printed out in an 8 x 10 or 8 1/2 x 11 bond paper.

Also since I put them on the site for all and any to use I claim no copyright except when someone claims them for their own drawing. As you know I not only sign them I also date them.

use them with my best wishes.

Ralph

Ralph, if you could, when ever you have time, can you create an album and start loading your plans in your album? Then I can sort through them and get them indexed as John suggested.

John,

How about if I attach them to an email to you and then they would be in a PDF file and you have the ability to catalog them better than me?

John,

I'll send some more tomorrow out of my scale to full size drawings and then I'll go to my Arts and Crafts furniture drawings.
