OK, I'm ready to test the spray booth. I finished closing in the front and setup some lights. Added a squirrel cage fan out of an old forced furnace and put it in the overhead door window. Doesn't look like it in the photos but there seem to be enough light that I can see what I'm doing. Not sure if the light are going be too hot once the over spray get in there.

I turned the fan on with all the doors and windows closed and you could tell the fan was really laboring. I was pushing out more air that the build would let in. I opened a window on the other end of the shop and the fan then sounded normal. Tomorrow I'll find out if it will move enough air to keep the over spray under control.
