Hey Rob,
Here is a Dutch Door plan that I drew several years ago that you might be interested in to add to your collection.

It really is a simple door to make for all one has to do is to make up a door in the normal way and then cut it in two in the middle of the door and one could even add a shelf on either or both sides of the bottom door.
