Ah, I knew that, and I'm sorry I call your project ''thing" but I just couldn't remember the name. Where the maple comes from adds a certain amount of coolness also.

That is really cool John. Man those bring back some memories of my pizza making days as a teenager making gas money. Just curious, the recipient of this gift, do they have an outdoor pizza oven? They seem to be all the rage these days.

I'm making about a dozen of them most will be maple and walnut. a few I'll add in some cherry.

No go on the outide pizza ovens unless ou count the good old weber kettle grill.
