January 2, 201115 yr I just got out of the shop here, and I finished the prelim cutting of the seat notches. Â Flattening the seat blank, it had a very slight cup in it. Cutting the rear leg notches on the TS The final cuts for the rear leg notches, perfectly square! Front and Rear Leg Notches cut, and routed with a 1.5" rad rabbeting bit. I also was to get the back brace holes routed in the rear of the seat as well tonight, I used a 1/4" spiral bit and a 1/2" OD guide bushing with a template. Thanks for looking folks! Now, back out in the shop I go!

I wish I could tell you I do the romantic way with a chair scoop and all, but it's done with a right angle grinder and disc. Pictures will abound at your request though Rich regardless.
