Slide show of photo's

Featured Replies

I'm beginning to wonder what I am doing here on this forum. I don't think I would be qualified to carry the glue bottle for you guys.

I just spent the past few minutes watching the slide show of photo's and there is some assume work included.

I'm not much for words..........except...........beautiful.

Of course there were a few shop photo's that resembled my shop...............a disaster, which made me feel I was with my equals. :-)

Gary, don't worry about it, the slide show only shows the stuff that turned out right.  There isn't any slide stuff that shows the stuff in the corner that we're still trying to figure out how to salvage.

24.gif So true so true, believe me when I tell you Gary, your in perfect company!!!

Roy, I love that response. That is so true. I may have to take a picture of the "didn't workout" pile I have.

Gary, you are at the right place and don't hesitate to share what you are doing.

Notice most of the time we don't take closeups!!!

I agree with the others, we tend to only show our best projects. I have some I'd rather not post on the forums.

Probably my efforts go by another name.........kindling.  My father in law always said he never made a mistake in woodworking.  Just more kindling.

Oh ya, we will only show our good work, I can understand that. Me too. But................oh well...........I'm done beat'n that horse. :-)

I love your work.

I'm with Ron.  I burn all of my evidence in the wood stove.

Gary, you are in the right place.

When I first started to lean the banjo my teacher told me " seek out people who play better than you do, you'll learn more that way".

Oh ya. You guys are right. This is the right place to learn. Now, I consider myself as.......I think the term would be.........advanced woodworker. But I am far from a pro...........like I seem to see here. Like a buddy of mine says to me...........he sucks all the information he can from me..............and I will be do'n the  same here. So..........if I got questions.............you know I will be asking.

Speaking of my bud, I'm going to start another thred.

Well not that any of it was for me, but I am going to just say thanks for the compliments Gary. I have seen some great projects here and it only makes me want to work harder on mine. I also feel like I am with a bunch of guy at the shop and everyone is pitching in with suggestion to make it better.

But for all of us,Thanks and now you are part of that same group.
