A little while back I posted a trial of a simulated K-bar knife handle.  Here is what I came up with.  Leather turned to simulate the handle on the top.  Honduran Rosewood for the bottom.  Kit is a black chrome cigar.

Nice!!  How did you get the leather to stay together?  Glue?

Super glue and lots of it.  I glued the lamentations together, then soaked with thin CA a couple of times as I was turning it.  It is also finished with about 15 coats of thin CA.

Greg, man that is a super nice pen. I love the leather on the top. The whole thing is awesome for the selections to the turning and the finish. The black kit is perfect for this pen.
