Columbus Woodworking Show

Featured Replies

Good Evening Friends,

I just returned home from the Columbus Woodworking show and my goodness was I swamped by my good friends from years gone by. Kmealy was there as well as Dan Grimes, Steve, Tim and some whom I can't remember their names but we had a good time talking about our favorite topic about woodworking.

I also handed out some fliers about RJW America and what our goal is to train folks in trade fields of their choice by sending them to the trades people who will give them hands on training until they reach entry level skills. That point is reached when they no longer need supervision and can handle a task by them selves.

I am going to post some pictures that I took mostly from the Mezzanine and they are not the best in quality.

Finally here is one of a vendor selling a natural green product for stripping paint, lacquer, Varnish and so forth that is made out of Soy beans and an additive. You don't even need gloves or a respirator to use it.

Sorry for the poor quality of the pictures for the lighting left a lot to be desired.

There were a lot of folks at the show this year and they said the attendance was over 300 bu 3:00 PM. I was sure busy talking to friends from years gone by.
