We have a new supporter. They are Sawdust Soup! We have added their badge to our home page at the far left side below the header "Our Site Supporters".

Sawdust Soup is a place for pros and business people who work in the woodworking trades to collaborate, talk about their business, employees, profits, losses, taxes, fabrication, anything to do with running a woodworking business. I am a member at Sawdust Soup, and if you all would like to check in on them, you have the link above or you can click on the site badge at the left side of our home page.

They welcome one man shop business owners, upstarts, and garage folks like most of us are here. They love helping the little guy find his or her way in the sometimes confusing world of woodworking and business. They are just great folks! Thanks for reading.

Thanks John .

Thanks Gary! That was the one I was trying to get out of Rob.And thanks Rob for confirming.

I just learned recently that CabinetMakerFDM Magazine is running Sawdust Soup, Kathleen McLaughlin who is now one of our members is an editor and writer over there. Sawdust Soup was kind enough to promote our site on their home page, I hope you guys check em out and see what they are doing. A pretty good bunch of folks. I gotta say, there is an overwhelming amount of information on the WWW. It's just breath taking.

And, don't forget to let em know you came over from The American Woodworker!!!

Good Morning Wayne,

Since I have been a full time woodworker and building furniture is one area that I love to do I also stay very busy repairing and refurbishing as well. It is a very lucrative business. So if you have any questions please feel free to drop me a line or post your questions so others can join in to help you become a full time woodworker.

Hi John,

That was one of the first things I did when I signed up for their forums and you are right about their format as I forgot that I was on their forums for a moment and thought I has here instead of there. Ain't that something?

Ralph

Thanks I will keep that on one of the front burners in mind. This is truely one of the things I really like about this site. And when I greet new members I also make sure to tell them about it also. I also agree with the format between the 2 places. I was just approved for Saw Dust and now that I can post I well make sure I mention The American Woodworker.

Best Wishes

Wayne
