February 15, 201115 yr  last fall, I lost my very good Swanson Combo square, just up and left. Couldn't find it, no where.  Last week, while working on the oven, I pull the stove out from the wall.  In the middle of a herd of dust bunnies and a few pennies, there lay my Swanson!   Figures, I already had bought a new Irwin two days before! Now, I have a good one for the shop (Swanson) and an almost as good one for around the house.   Big question......How in the world did it get back there?
February 16, 201115 yr I did 4 dozen eggs up for last easter in all colors and every design from markers to lacquer to water colors and stickers. Still haven't found ANY of them.
February 16, 201115 yr Were there any lone socks hiding with it when you found it. No one really seems to know where they go.
February 16, 201115 yr Author  No, no socks, they at least know where to hide.   Easter Eggs?   never have found any.  Now, IF I can just find my good, steel framing square.....     I had to borrow a friend's saber saw on that island job,  mine seems to have gone to visit the framing square.   I've got a second framing square around the shop, just can't read any numbers on it.   It is about as old as I am  ( yeah, I know, real old, right?) While going to Craig's senior Night thing, I figured out that it has been 40 years since MY senior night gala.   Yes, I can remember that far back.   I was on the stage back then, playing CCR's Proud Mary, and The Beatles' "When I'm 64".  Both songs were almost new, back then.Â
