Just another way for the government to get money for nothing.

I haven't ran into many on the green issue but many on the "Oh I thought you could build it for less that the big box stores.

God bless em' all. I DO walk away. If they're a REAL PITA I recommend a "friend" - usually someone I don't do business with anymore because they have no moral character.
