John's link is good for plans but all it is is 4 walls, 2 posts, a roof.  I'll see if I can find some pics.

There's tons if you want to buy them but it seems everybody is stealing these 4 plans.

 

Just punch up wishing well plans and you'll get them.

 

Don't know how good you are but seems to me you or I could do a better set than these.
